The guys break down JO's great off season by looking at who he signed, for how much, and what does that mean for the team in 2025.

After a week on the IR with the plague the boys are back to talk free agency.

It is that time of year again the CFL Free Agency Communication Window aka "The Ed Hervey Tampering Window" is about to open for the year!

Alex, Greg, and Steve break down the most recent Riders signings, discuss what that means for free agency, then gove Riders GM Jeremy O'Day a few ideas on who he should call....Because we all know he listens to the show.

The guys are back after a holiday hiatus and they brought Corey Mace with them.

In the opening kick off, The Riders' head coach was gracious enough with his time to answer some questions about 2024, 2025 and the most important question, what is his Blizzard go to.

Plus Alex and Greg get mad about the lack of schedule, break down the linebacking group for 2025, and do some reflecting on what 300 episodes actually means.
