Hey guys. Love the podcast but in regards to the Brown hit lots are arguing 2 points that are irrelevant to the rule. The rule (5c) specifically does not make an exception for a player ”either if their path to the past was unrestricted, or if they are coming off a blocker.” The argument about initial point of contact in RTP is only on 5f hits to the helmet. It’s a tough situation. I don’t think he is a dirty player or he intended it, but the way the rule is written, it is a penalty.
